The Crozier Call, our inaugural staff art show, was held at the Chelsea NY facility on November 21, 2025. Conceptualized and curated by Archie Raphulu, a driver in Long Island City, NY. Archie’s vision was to shine a spotlight on the talents within the Crozier family, viewing the exhibition as an opportunity to foster community and boost internal engagement.
Archie worked closely with Crozier's DEI committee to bring the show to life. This collaboration positioned The Crozier Call as a landmark event that perfectly aligned with the company’s commitment to recognizing and celebrating the unique talents of its employees. The exhibition featured an impressive array of work from 28 Crozier employees across the entire NY/NJ region. The pieces spanned a variety of mediums, including painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media, showcasing the breadth and depth of creativity present among the staff.
The opening reception drew an enthusiastic crowd of over 100 guests. Attendees included participating artists, their colleagues, Crozier leadership, and friends and family. The atmosphere was celebratory, offering a unique opportunity for employees to connect with each other outside of their daily roles and appreciate their colleagues' artistic passion and skill. The overwhelmingly positive response confirmed the show's value as a significant initiative for company culture and employee morale.
Special thanks to the marketing team for announcements and visuals, local transport teams for getting the art to Chelsea and lending a hand with installation, and to the Chelsea warehouse team for hosting the event and for handling the staff art with the same respect and care as any other priceless masterpiece.
