Where: Crozier, Unit A Tower Bridge Business Park, 2 Mandela Way, London, SE1 5SS
When: April 22nd, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM followed by networking and refreshments
As Crozier marks 50 years of trusted partnerships across the cultural sector, we are pleased to invite collaborators and clients to our Tower Bridge facility for an afternoon exploring the latest innovations shaping cultural stewardship.
For half a century, Crozier has worked behind the scenes with institutions of every scale, supporting the safe movement, storage and care of the world's most significant collections.
Today, as museums reimagine how they operate and engage audiences, innovation is reshaping the “behind the scenes” infrastructures that make access to culture possible, from AI-enabled collections management and 3D imaging to state-of-the-art storage and strategic partnerships.

Our programme features a panel conversation with leaders from across the museum sector: Tim Reeve CBE, Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Victoria and Albert Museum. Nat Edwards, Director General of the Royal Armouries; and Alice Black, Governor of the London Museum, Chair of the Trading Committee, Trustee and Deputy Chair of Exhibitions and Display at Royal Academy of Arts, member of the British Library’s Advisory Committee, CEO of ArtULTRA. Together, they offer practical and forward‑looking perspectives on emerging approaches across the field. The discussion will be moderated by Francesca Gavin, Director of Visual Arts, Murmur. Guests will also experience live demonstrations from technology partners Matis and Nume.
